Fort Lauderdale, FL - The National Association of Realtors (NAR) was pleased to welcome Neal Oates, Jr. as the moderator for the panel discussion on "How Discrimination & Racism Impact the Real Estate Landscape" at the Sell-A-Bration 2023 conference held in Atlanta, GA.
Oates, a renowned real estate industry expert and CEO of World Renowned Real Estate, led an insightful conversation with panel members Bryan Greene, Vice President of Policy Advocacy at NAR, and Keeanga-Yamahtta Taylor, professor of African American Studies at Northwestern University.
The session provided an opportunity for attendees to learn about the historical and current practices of discrimination and racism in the real estate industry. Oates skillfully guided the discussion, bringing out insights from both panelists, and facilitating a thought-provoking exchange that highlighted the need for continued efforts to eliminate discrimination in the real estate industry.
