Joanna Oates

Joanna is an experienced, full-time professional who handles all the details and coordination from contract execution through closing. Her role is to be in the office and available to you 100% of the time to assist you with everything you need, guide you on the next step, and help you achieve a successful closing. She is available Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm.

She doesn’t spend any time on appointments or meetings like our agents do, so she can always assist you with your requests much faster than we could. I discuss our closings with her daily so that I always know what is going on and can jump in if needed to resolve a difficult issue that may arise. She contacts clients within 24 hours to introduce herself and send out a Closing Information Form so that everything can go smoothly and we don’t leave things until the last minute.
